When should I book my first pregnancy visit?

As early as possible once you know you are pregnant. Early care allows your health and your baby's development to be monitored from the start.

How often will I need check-ups?

Visit frequency increases as pregnancy progresses and is tailored to your needs. Your schedule is explained during your first visit.

Can I choose between normal delivery and c-section?

Delivery options are discussed together, taking into account what is safest for you and your baby. The decision is made with you, not for you.

Hamal ki dekhbhal (antenatal care) Islamabad mein

Hamal aik khaas waqt hota hai, aur achhi dekhbhal aap ke sukoon aur bachay ki sehat dono ke liye ahem hai. Prof. Ghazala Mahmud Islamabad mein hamal ki mukammal dekhbhal faraham karti hain — shuru se le kar wilaadat (delivery) aur us ke baad tak.

Dekhbhal mein shamil: hamal ki tasdeeq, har sehmaahi (trimester) mein baqaidah check-up, waqt par ultrasound, khurak aur ehtiyat ke mashware, delivery ki planning, aur wilaadat ke baad ka jaiza.

Delivery ki planning: normal delivery aur c-section ke faislay aap ke sath mil kar kiye jate hain — wahi jo aap aur bachay ke liye sab se mehfooz ho. Pehli appointment jald az jald book karwa lein.
